Free Delivery
We try to make free delivery available as widely as we can, however the availability of free delivery will differ by product and by postcode. Free delivery is available to most metro postcodes on all but a few of our products. Free delivery to non-metro postcodes varies by product and by postcode. Many of our products have free delivery to all postcodes.
We are unable to determine whether orders qualify for free delivery until we become aware of the customers address. This generally happens during checkout, at which point any delivery charges are calculated and displayed prior to customers completing their purchase.
If any calculated charges are not acceptable to our customers, then they are able to abort their purchase at this point.
Exclusions from the Free Delivery Offer
Due to unavailability of couriers or excessive delivery charges, we are not be able to deliver all items to all postcodes with free delivery. Exclusions from the free delivery offer will vary by product and postcode. If we are unable to deliver your item to your postcode with free delivery, we will calculate any delivery charges and display them during checkout.
If any calculated charges are not acceptable to our customers, then they are able to abort their purchase at this point.
Delivery Time-frames
We always aim to get items to you as quickly as possible, however please allow between 8 and 12 business days (14 business days for regional areas) for your order to arrive. If your order has not arrived and these timelines have passed then please contact us at hello@conchoutdoors.com.au so we can ask the courier to investigate.
These delivery timelines are not guaranteed, and occasionally, due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g. courier logistics issues), delivery may take longer than 12 business days (14 business days for regional areas). We do not offer refunds for items received outside of these delivery time-frames and the standard returns policy will apply.
Our products are located in warehouses in a number of different locations so orders with multiple items, or items delivered in multiple boxes, may be delivered separately.
Delivery Exclusions
Unfortunately, we cannot delivery orders to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to courier restrictions. If this is the case you will be notified via email and given the option to provide an alternative address or to cancel your order.
Delivery & Liability Disclaimer
Once an order has been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. Conch Outdoors is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery has been completed, including parcels stolen from doorsteps or mailboxes at the delivery address on the order.
We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel, or using a lockable parcelbox.
Whilst we will always do our best to assist, we are not responsible for goods once delivery has been confirmed.
