What kind of products do Conch Outdoors sell?

Conch Outdoors is a proudly Australian, family owned, online only store. We sell a selection of high quality outdoor furniture and outdoor equipment.

Our outdoor furniture range includes Outdoor Dining Settings, Outdoor Lounge Settings, Patio Furniture including BBQs and fire pits, and a selection of Outdoor Storage including garden sheds and outdoor storage boxes.

We also sell collections of essential products for trips Camping, including tents and swags, to the Beach or on Picnics.

Finally we stock a growing range of Gardening products, including aluminium greenhouses and plastic greenhouses and poly tunnels.

Our aim is to provide you with the highest quality outdoor furniture and equipment available, ensuring that you have everything you need to make the most of your outdoor moments, creating special memories that will stay with you forever!

Do you have a physical store where I can view your products?

We do not have physical stores where products can be viewed. In order to keep prices low we currently operate on-line only via our store at: www.conchoutdoors.com.au. This allows us to offer you some of the lowest prices around.

The product descriptions and photos should provide you with all the information you need, but if you have any questions you can contact us at hello@conchoutdoors.com.au.

Do your products come pre-assembled?

Due to their size and weight the majority of our outdoor products are delivered flat pack ready to be assembled. 

The complexity of the assembly required will vary product by product.

Our Outdoor Furniture, including Outdoor Dining Settings,  Outdoor Lounge Settings and Patio Furniture is generally delivered in large pieces which need to be joined together, legs may need to be added, cushions will require putting in place.

Our Outdoor Storage will also require some installation. Our plastic Outdoor Storage Boxes only require large pieces to be snapped together, however our wooden storage products may required more complex installation.

Our Garden Sheds and Greenhouses require a large number of smaller pieces to be fitted together - we recommend installation of these products is completed by competent DIYers or professionals.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide an assembly service.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account.

We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time.

It’s quick and easy to create an account, either tick the appropriate boxes during check-out, or visit https://www.conchoutdoors.com.au/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. You can also find details of your orders in your store account at: https://www.conchoutdoors.com.au/account/login

If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us at hello@conchoutdoors.com.au.

Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I track my order?

We use third party couriers to delivery our products, including outdoor furniture and outdoor storage. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email from us with your tracking information and a link to the couriers website.

How do I cancel my order?

As we try to get orders out to customers as quickly as possible, there is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via hello@conchoutdoors.com.au, we will do our utmost to cancel your order before it’s processed.

If it has not been possible to cancel your order, your order will be dispatched to the address on your order. You can then choose to return your order to us once it's been delivered.

Can I alter my order?

Please ensure all details are correct before an order is placed.

As we try to get orders out to customers as quickly as possible, there is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If it has not been possible to change your order, your order will be dispatched to the address on your order. You can then choose to return your order to us once it's been delivered.

Why has my order been cancelled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel - we always try to notify you about any issues prior to your order being cancelled.

Please accept our apologies if your order is cancelled. If this does happen to you rest assured that we will always process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards cards including American express and Union Pay.

We also accept EFTPOS and both Apple Pay and Google pay.

We accept payments via PayPal.

At present we do not offer payment via buy-now-pay-later lenders or via instalment plans.

How do I use a voucher or discount code?

After you have added your selected items to your cart, please proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order prior to completing checkout. Please bear in mind, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. Please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

With very few exceptions we offer free delivery on all items in our store.

Free delivery is included when purchasing from our collection of Outdoor Furniture, including our Outdoor Dining Settings, Outdoor Lounges and Patio Furniture Sets.

Our Outdoor Storage ranges also include free delivery, including our Garden Sheds and Outdoor Storage Boxes.

All other items, including those from our Camping, Beach and Gardening Ranges, including Greenhouses, are delivered free.

There are some very rare exceptions to this offer, for example delivery for some items may not be possible, or may be prohibitively expensive, to some rural post codes. If your post code is not included in the free delivery offer for the item you wish to purchase you will be contacted with the options available to you.

Can I choose a delivery address that is different to my billing address?

You may choose to have your outdoor furniture delivered to an address different to your billing address by unticking the 'Use shipping address as billing address' button during check-out.

We cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance, you must order items separately and assign different delivery addresses to each.

Can I collect my purchase from your business address?

The short answer is no. Our outdoor furniture stock is held in a number of warehouses across Australia rather than at our business address. Our warehouses are all closed to the public and local collection cannot be arranged. Please order online and your purchase will be delivered to your home address.

Will my order arrive in a single delivery?

The short answer is, not necessarily.

In the case of our Outdoor Furniture ranges, in particular our Outdoor Dining Settings, Outdoor Lounges and Patio Furniture Sets, your order will be dispatched in multiple boxes. These boxes will be sent with the same courier company, however due to delivery vehicle size and scheduling they may not be delivered together. If you've only received part of your delivery then please allow a few days for the remainder of your order to be delivered.

Garden Shed or Greenhouse orders will also be dispatched in multiple boxes. These boxes will be sent with the same courier company, however due to delivery vehicle size and scheduling they may not be delivered together. Some third party couriers track individual boxes, so if you've only received part of your order then please check the status of your delivery using the tracking information provided. Alternatively please allow a few days for your other items to arrive.

When will my order arrive?

Orders should be delivered between 7-12 working days from order date.

Deliveries usually take 1-2 days to process and despatch, after which time we will send courier details to you via email to enable you to track your delivery via the courier's parcel tracking website.

We aim to deliver all orders within 10 working days, however please allow for the full 12 days.

I have only received part of my order - what can I do?

Returns

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

For faulty or damaged items please email us at hello@conchoutdoors.com.au. To help us to complete our investigations please include a description of the fault or damage in your email along with photos of the impacted parts.

We will assess the fault and advise next steps via email.

We reserve the right to repair or replace the faulty or damaged item. If the item cannot be repaired, or is no longer in stock, a full refund may be issued.

Can I return or exchange an item?

If you’ve changed your mind we give you 14 days from when you receive your Conch Outdoors products to request a return.

The item must be in new and unused condition and still in their original packaging. We may request photos of the repackaged products prior to approving a return.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will assess the product and then issue a refund. We do charge a re-stocking fee for change of mind returns - this is usually 10% of purchase cost.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a trackable service when sending your order back to us as we're not responsible for losses or damage to any outdoor furniture during the returns process.

We are unable to offer exchanges, however please feel free to return your product/s so we can refund them, and you can then repurchase what you would like on our site.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via hello@conchoutdoors.com.au in order to request a return.

The item must be in new and unused condition and still in their original packaging. We may request photos of the repackaged products prior to approving a return.

Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you an address to send the return to via email.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a trackable service when sending your order back to us as we're not responsible for losses or damage to any outdoor furniture during the returns process.

 

Can I return my order in person at your warehouse?

The short answer is no. Our outdoor furniture stock is held in a number of warehouses across Australia rather than at our business address. Our warehouses are all closed to the public and in-person drop-off cannot be arranged. Orders need to be returned by courier to the address provided by our team.

How long does it take to return an item?

Returns must be notified to us within 14 days of receiving your order. How long it then takes to return an item will depend on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item to us.

Once we have received your return, we aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
