The answer to this varies from product to product. For a particular postcode one product may be included in the free delivery offer, whilst another isn't.
Inclusion in this offer is driven by the size, weight and type of the product, which of our warehouses the product is located in, and the different agreements we have in place with our courier partners.
The best way to understand whether your postcode is included in our free delivery offer is to begin checkout, where once you enter your delivery postcode you will be advised whether there is any delivery charges payable. Don't worry, just because you begin checkout you are not committed to buying - you can stop checkout and cancel your order at any point up until it has been confirmed.
Alternatively drop us an email at hello@conchoutdoors.com.au with details of the product you're interested in, and your delivery postcode, and we will confirm whether delivery charges would be payable.
If your postcode is not included in the free delivery offer for the item you wish to purchase, we will either add a delivery charge during checkout, or you will be contacted after you place your order with the options available to you. We do not make a profit from any charges for delivery - any charges are intended to only cover the incremental cost of delivering to a particular postcode.
Free delivery is included to most postcodes when purchasing from our collection of Outdoor Furniture, including our Outdoor Dining Settings, Outdoor Lounges and Patio Furniture Sets.
Our Outdoor Storage ranges also include free delivery to most postcodes, including our Garden Sheds and Outdoor Storage Boxes.
All other items, including those from our Camping, Beach and Gardening Ranges, including Greenhouses, are delivered free to most postcodes.
